Economic Booms Online

ComScore released a holiday season e-commerce spending covering the first 23 days of November. More than $9.3 billion has been spent online during the season to-date, up 17% year over year. Online on Thanksgiving Day was up 29% to $272 million while Black Friday was up 22% to $531 million.

ComScore projects Cyber Monday sales of $700 million($608 million last year)

From BIGresearch , 72.0 million consumers plan to shop online from home or at work today comapred to 60.7 million in 2006 and 59.0 million in 2005.
The same survey found that 31.9 % of adults will shop on Cyber Monday last year was 27.2%.
