“The Global War-Ming”

March 6, 2007

According to National Geographic News and a scientist…global warming is caused by…..the sun.According to the report, simultaneous warming of the Earth and Mars by the sun suggest that recent climate change may not be caused by man. The report cites a NASA report that says the polar ice caps are also melting on Mars.

Also, Danish National Space Center says that  global warming is caused by cosmic rays from exploded stars, not man.

Governator

Who needs Governor Moonbeam when you have the Governator:

 From Tom Mcclintock Letter

Governor Schwarzenegger made quite a splash at the National Press Club yesterday, lecturing both the President and Congress on his “post-partisan” leadership in California. While modestly saying that he didn’t claim to be Ghandi, he noted that by inviting California’s Democratic leaders into his smoking tent, he was able to get them to agree to such break-through policy reforms as raising the minimum wage to one of the highest levels in the nation, embarking on the biggest borrowing binge in the state’s history, and adopting unprecedented restrictions on commerce and industry to combat global warming.

But this was not merely idle boasting. Later that day, Gov. Schwarzenegger offered a textbook example of his new “post-partisan” leadership when he brought together the Democratic governors of Arizona, New Mexico, Washington and Oregon to announce a regional accord to combat global warming.

As the San Francisco Chronicle reported, “But officials with the governors…indicated that they were not close to adopting the same kind of strong global-warming law that California has in place.” Alas, even in an era of post-partisanship there are limits to how far left you can go.

“# 1 CAUSE OF DEATH IN…”

March 1, 2007

The Number on cause of Death in Americas is:

Well, I am not sure. but the number 8th cause is Hospitals.

  • Hospital complications and errors comprise the 8th leading cause of death in the U.S. (exceeding even motor vehicle accidents, breast cancer and AIDS) . . .
  • Hospital-acquired infections account for 100,000 American deaths each year . . .
  • Medical complications kill 30,000 more people a year (and cost us over $9.3 billion) . . .
  • Medication errors lead to 7,000 deaths annually

The medical industry is in shambels. With Insurance abuse running rampant, this whole system needs to be broken down and started all over. Much like taxes.

The challenge is that any fixes are usually made up by legislaters that are laywers. So the fixes always benefit the laywers. So it will always be broken, until lawyers are out of the equasion.

Money Orgy

What does a Democrat do when they cannot win?

SPEND!

With knowledge that Bush has never seen a bill he did not like (as in no veto), the Dems are planning on stacking $10billion onto the Iraq budget increase.

It was 100 hours Nancy, Not $100 billion.
