Not of outing a CIA agent. Because that was not a crime.
For obstruction of justice. He lied thinking he might be busted for a crime.
So the message is do not talk to an investigator ever? As what you say may be held against you?
The liberatzi will say justice was served. Add another several million for lawyers to wasting taxpayer money.
