Censure Bush

May 8, 2006

The Dems are already letting their mouth water and letting their agenda out that they will go after Bush when they take back the Senate.

This will make a great Book. But it won’t happen. the Howard Dean led Party will not win in the Mid Term elections. As the dropped poll numbers are mostly from disenchtanted Republicans. They will not let an even worse scenario occur.

Todays Messy Intelligence Because of Clintons Poor Leadership

According to James Risen who won the Pulitzer Prize on Tuesday for his New York Times report that revealed President Bush’s previously secret terrorist surveillance program. This was revealed while researching his book “State of War.”

“Over a three-or-four-year period in the early-to-mid 1990s,” reports Risen, “virtually an entire generation of CIA officers - the people who had won the Cold War - quit or retired. One CIA veteran compared the agency to an airline that had lost all of is senior pilots . . . ”

The Clinton era of risk aversion also hobbled CIA efforts to get Osama bin Laden. In early 1998, Risen says, the agency was prepared to launch a special operation to kidnap the al Qaeda chief in Afghanistan.

The Liberation of San Diego

May 5, 2006

The next step is to change the city name of San Diego to “Diego”.

A federal judge has ordered San Diego to move the Mount Soledad cross from city property within 90 days or start paying $5,000 a day in fines.Mt Soledad Cross

U.S. District Judge Gordon Thompson Jr. hopes to end a fight that began in 1989 when a local man with backing from the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit claiming that the cross — a memorial to Korean War dead — violates the First Amendment, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

“It is now time, and perhaps long overdue, for this Court to enforce its initial permanent injunction forbidding the presence of the Mount Soledad Cross on City property,” Thompson said in his ruling.

Shaun Martin, a law professor at the University of San Diego, said the fines are the judge’s way of telling the city to “put up or shut up.” He said the city has explored every possible alternative to moving the cross, including transferring the land to a private group or getting the cross designated as a historic memorial.

Hmmm. Well maybe the name San Diego violates his Rights. Geez I am in LA. I feel violated myself. And my family in St. Loius. Poor bastards are going to turn into Christians just being there. There is not saving them now.

A Letter on Immigration

May 4, 2006

ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL

I can almost assure you that everyone who is a true American was sickened when you saw multitudes of protesters carrying Mexican flags protesting the new Immigration Reform Bill in the Senate. This display of Mexican flags should give you a heads up on where these protesters allegiance lies their hearts are in Mexico and their bellies are in the United States.
As an American of Mexican Heritage I want to set the record straight, American Hispanics are not all thrilled with illegal immigration. I, for more than 20 years, tried desperately to bring this national debacle to the attention of the American people. I had the privilege of writing for several newspapers, appeared on national and local TV and radio programs, and was asked by many political groups to address this serious problem affecting my former community (north Fort Worth), city, state, and our country. Many will question how I can speak on this subject with some authority. My simple answer is: I lived with the problem! Trust me, it was no
picnic. Never in my life (I’m 68) had I witnessed the lawlessness, the deterioration of my community, and the black market criminal underground activities attributed to the influx of illegal immigrants.
To add injury to insult, politicians soon caved in to the many demands of illegal immigrants. Notably: bilingual education, bilingual ballots, welfare aid, free medical care, etc. Through all this national disgrace allowed by our politicians, have you all noticed that no one ever blames the useless, corrupt, and disgraceful government of Mexico? In contrast, they
lambaste and criticize our country. How does that grab you?
When I addressed the dangers of our porous border between Mexico and the United States, and the lax security of our nation, no one paid attention. As I observed the situation, the problem was perceived to be between American Hispanic communities and illegal immigrants. White Americans it seemed assumed that the problem was not theirs to deal with. In other words they were, asleep at the wheel. However, 9-11 soon woke them up. Lets be honest with each other here, white Americans vote in far larger numbers than
Hispanics do. And most politicians (Democrats and Republicans) in our city, state, and federal governments are white. Thus, who is more suited to fix this national disaster? I’m sure most of you know what the answer is.
In summation, I’m pleading with white American voters to join me in sending our politicians (Democrats and Republicans) a strong message that we will not tolerate illegal immigrants telling us how to make government policy that will make it easier for them to break our laws. Hope you will join me in this endeavor in our upcoming elections.

Immigration Turned Around

May 2, 2006

May 1 is the planned “Day without an Immigrant” boycott by illegal immigrants here in the United States. They plan on boycotting work, thus showing how many menial jobs they provide cheap labor for. They plan on boycotting our stores, thus showing how much money they provide for the economy.

I am fine with this tactic. I have one suggestion: Please also boycott our hospitals, schools, jails, and highways.

Let us see what our health care system would be like without an overcrowded emergency room full of illegal immigrants using it as a free clinic to treat non-emergent ailments.

Let us see what it would be like to have people who the hospital actually expects to pay for treatment. I wonder if the costs for health insurance would drop.

Let us see what it would be like to reduce the size of our classrooms.

Let us see what it would be like to have to spend taxpayer dollars to teach in English only.

Let us see if our schools test score averages increase.

Let us see what it would be like to not be victimized by an illegal immigrant and then have to pay for the incarceration of that illegal immigrant. The Los Angeles County jail system would be alleviated of thousands of inmates. Those incarcerated might actually serve 100% of their sentences rather than the 10% that they have been serving.

Let us see what our highways would be like. Let us see if traffic is reduced without their presence.

Let us see if the number of unlicensed, uninsured, unqualified motorists drops and the number of traffic collisions also drops proportionally. Maybe our car insurance rates would see a decrease as a result.

Maybe the May 1st “Day Without an Immigrant” boycott should be encouraged so the rest of the citizens can fully appreciate what benefits and burdens illegal immigration creates.
