During halftime, at dinner time, while on the most broadcast TV show in the world, the Super Bowl showed how low we have come.

What is sure to take attention away from one of the sports best bowl games ever, the NFL and CBS let non-sport types take over during the half time show.

The ever upstanding P-Diddy and Nelly sung about "how hot it was, and to take your clothes off". Which apparently his dancers agreed with to some degree.

Not to be up staged, Janet Jackson showed that her family just can't show good judgment as she had her top, ripped off her exposing her star burst encircled nipple. The helpful star who tore her top was non other than Justin "my Brittany dumped me" Timberlake. Timberlake sang, "I'll get you naked by the end of this song."

Janet obviously buying into the notion that showing your boob will surely rekindle a dead career!

Minutes following the game, CBS apologized for Janet Jackson exposing her breasts. as did Timberlake saying that "I am sorry that anyone was offended by the wardrobe malfunction during the halftime performance of the Super Bowl...It was not intentional and is regrettable."

Its a good thing that Janet had her nipple covered with the starburst eh?

Let's get some things out on the table that are irrefutable NOW:

Hussein is bad
Hussein used WMD's after the First Gulf War on his own people
Hussein broke the Treaty he signed that ended the First Gulf War many times over
Every intelligence agency in the World including Russia, France, and Germany believed that Hussein possessed WMD's.

Now that we have established the foundation, let's get down to brass tacks.

Intelligence failed. Why? That I doubt we will ever know and is locked into the whims of conspiracy theorists and the CIA.

Oh sure we will have every investigation possible, but we won't really know why every body in the world believed Hussein had the goods.

One simple reason is that perhaps Iraq wanted us to believe he had the WMD's because it would deter a fight.

Whatever the reason, our breakdown is as disturbing as was the attack on America on 9/11.

Bush Bashers see this as reason to rally behind the Dems like Dean or Kerry who say they can do it better.

Detractors also, argue that this has pissed off the Islam community. Well maybe, but if it did, it could have also caused the enemy to raise their head which immediately becomes a target.

So the argument works both ways.

The Bush administration made WMD's the central theme of their argument to make a preemptive strike.

What is most disturbing is that the detractors, Germany, France, Russia, and the UN all agree that Iraq had WMD's in lower capacity), did nothing.

To further stir you, consider that Germany, France and Russia was supplying Iraq with Arms. Hmmm.

What a tangled web we weave. So could we have ever created the Coalition that Bush detractors speak of, when missing supporters were sleeping with the enemy? Would it have stopped the anti War bashers?

The lack of WMD's have merely been a blessing to the Democrats in an Election year. The same fellas that voted almost unanimously for War, last year have all backed off. Truly they don't want a mad man in the center of the Middle East do they?

However, the WMD argument is what most use to back off their vote for war. They are not idiots. They know the advantages this Victory gave the US.

It is just election time convenience that WMD's have not been found.

You will recall that the talking points at one time was that Bush was in there for the oil. He was in there because of the argument that Hussein was tied to Al Quaida. These Carvellian mud balls did not stick.

The next attack at Bushes Armour will be what do we do with the handing over of the Government to the Iraqi people?

We are scheduled for June, and most experts don't see how that can be possible. When it does not happen, the comparisons to Vietnam will rightfully come.
