The Untitled One says Scott Peterson will walk. Lots of circumstantial evidence it seems. And most of all, doesn't it seem like heavily publicized cases -full of circumstantial evidence always go in the favor of the defendant? Why is that?

The ex-KKK now Democratic Senator has come down on President Bush for landing in a fighter plane on the USS Abraham Lincoln.
Your Untitled One thinks that the Congressman is jealous. No other President past or future could pull off the event as this one did. Presidents do Presidential things.
However, inherent in the event was the possibility of a blunder with Dukakis size proportions. It was a risk few could pull off.
For the President not to celebrate his militaries most historical victory would be the real tragedy.

The Democratic Party is imploding and suffers from a vacum left from their predecessor who can't even keep a job on CBS 60 minutes. They followed Billy to the end and the Party is suffering the consequences. It seems to be a rudderless party without principal.
